Not gonna lie I had a full on meltdown last night about sharing this 🤣 a mix of excitement, nerves and extreme imposter syndrome lol

Motherhood is chaos. It’s messy, it’s exhausting, it’s beautiful all wrapped up in one. We forget about us, we live with mum guilt, we lose ourselves in the madness of it all. We so often put ourselves last. So I wanted to create something to help mums look after themselves too, because we spend so much time looking after everyone else. One day we’ll be grannies looking back at these as the golden years - I don’t wanna miss it whilst I’m in it.

Soo I’ve written a book!!! An actual real life book 😭 It’s been a longggg ass passion project and still doesn’t feel real saying it.
A manual for mums to take time for them.
There’s a 6 week programme, core and pelvic floor rehab flows, fun mum and kid workouts to do together, recipes for fussy kids, batch cooking and 15 min meals for mamas with ZERO time.
Plus accredited experts covering feeding, birth prep, postpartum recovery, baby sleep, how our brains change and sooo much more.
And LOTS of chat from me on anxieties, relationships struggles as parents, mindset, reflections on my own birth and postpartum. Basically a huge overshare of my motherhood era so far 🤣 and the little things/practices that have helped me along the way.

Whether you’re a new mum, about to be a mum, a second or third time mum, I hope it helps you find small ways to feel stronger and more like yourself. One big old book with practical things you can actually start bringing into your life. Not to ‘bounce back’, but to look forward to the new version of you.

STRONGER THROUGH MOTHERHOOD is available to PRE-ORDER NOW through the link in my bio!!! Waaaah can’t believe I’m saying that 🤣 could be for you or a mama to be (Baby shower gift sorted!)
SO grateful to my publishers at Penguin and to you guys for giving me the space to share my life and create this. I really hope it reaches and helps as many women as possible out there. 🥹🤍

For House ambassador Arón Piper, vulnerability is its own expression of strength. Wearing HardWear by Tiffany, he reflects on the power that comes from allowing yourself to be open.

Happy birthday Kimberly! ❤️ We’ve had so many crazy adventures in this life together, and I’m looking forward to soooo many more. We laugh so hard at the craziest shit, our convos are insane, and our bond is unmatched. Ride or die 4L! Love youuu bestie @kimkardashian 🎂 💞❤️
