Things are heating up as one of Crystal Rock’s coaches has released never before seen footage of her sparring inside the gym. In a now post and delete instagram post, the footage showed shawty struggling against a 15 yr old opponent with actual boxing skills, raising questions about how well she can handle serious competition.

It also has people questioning whether she deliberately chooses opponents who aren’t on her skill level. And according to the coach, there’s plenty more footage where that came from!
