She’s stunning on the outside, but it’s her wisdom, confidence, and life experience that truly make her glow.
In my conversation with this beautiful Brazilian model and TV host, we went beyond beauty and fashion to talk about love, life, confidence, and the lessons we sometimes forget but should pass on to our daughters.
She left the glitz and glamour of the modeling world behind when she fell in love in New York City. The glamorous life was beautiful, but it didn’t feel as real or meaningful as the love she found. For her, leaving everything for love was worth it. ❤️
But her experience also taught her an important lesson she wants her beautiful daughters to remember always build your own career, follow your own path, and have a plan for your future. When love comes, embrace it but never lose yourself or your independence. Her story worked out beautifully, but she knows it doesn’t happen that way for everyone.
Today, she continues to be a devoted mother while staying involved in important Brazilian charities close to her heart. She’s a reminder that a meaningful life is about so much more than glamour—it’s also about family, giving back, and making a difference.
Her secret to staying young? Stop worrying so much about what other people think. Live in the moment, embrace who you are, and don’t let the opinions of others keep you from enjoying life. There is nothing more beautiful or freeing than confidence and feeling secure in yourself.

We also touched on Brazilian beauty secrets: subtle touches, natural results, and knowing when less is more.

Her style was just as memorable: an @aliceandolivia top @anotherastory shorts, high @schutz boots, and a vintage skirt a beautiful mix of modern fashion and timeless style.

This conversation reminded me that true beauty is not just about looking good. It’s about how we live, the love we choose, the confidence we develop, and the wisdom we gain along the way.

These are the lessons we should share with our daughters—and remind ourselves of, too. ❤️

What is one piece of life advice you would want every daughter to hear?
