Продолжение истории о поездке в Костанайскую область! Посетил наш боевой зал тяжёлой атлетики! 🏋️‍♂️ Особые эмоции — попасть в зал, где рядом тренируются и маленькие дети, и мастера спорта международного класса. Причём не только штангисты, но и пауэрлифтеры, борцы, боксёры. Вот она — настоящая спортивная школа! Отдельное уважение тренеру Сергею Вячеславовичу Коршикову, воспитавшему целую плеяду сильных атлетов! Среди них Алексей Чуркин, Славик Коршиков, Денис Полубояринов. Также Сергей Вячеславович имел отношение к подготовке Артёма Антропова. Всё это сильнейшие ребята нашей сборной! @sergeikorshchikov Немного потренировал ребят, поделился своим опытом и тонкостями техники тяжёлой атлетики. Ведь именно такие маленькие, но очень важные детали зачастую определяют качество подъёма и большой результат. Увидел мощную тягу 330 кг от серебряного призёра чемпионата Казахстана по пауэрлифтингу, а Славик Коршиков тоже пошёл на 300 кг! Сам провёл отличную функционально-силовую тренировку: 30 минут без остановки работал со штангой 70 кг. Получил колоссальное удовольствие! Спасибо Махмуду Мухтаровичу Турсунову, президенту областной федерации, Сергею Вячеславовичу и всем ребятам за тёплый приём! �
