Arash Hassani, 34 years old, was from Bandar Anzali in Gilan Province.

On Dey 19 [January 9], he was shot in the bladder by forces of the Islamic Republic. After suffering severe bleeding for several hours, he died in his wife’s arms.

On the night of Dey 21, Arash was buried under the presence and supervision of security forces.

Arash was an energetic young man who loved life and had many goals. He was an athlete, involved in bodybuilding and football.

He had been married for about four years. For around five years, he and his wife had worked together, largely on their own, to build the home they dreamed of and filled with love.

He never had the chance to spend even a single night in the home they had built together.
