The appointment may be short, but what happens afterwards is the interesting part. 👀💆🏼♀️
With skin boosters, what you see immediately after treatment isn’t necessarily the finished picture.
Many skin boosters use hyaluronic acid to support hydration within the skin. Once placed, that hyaluronic acid attracts and holds water, which can help the skin look fresher and feel better hydrated as the treatment settles.
And I think that’s an important distinction when we talk about skin boosters.
The aim isn’t to reshape your features or create the kind of volume we might associate with dermal filler. We’re thinking about the quality and hydration of the skin itself. 🤍
Different skin boosters also have different formulations and treatment protocols, so I’ll always consider your skin, what you’ve noticed and what you’d like to improve before deciding what may be appropriate.
