Channelling my inner Morticia with a few of my favourite black ensembles… Thoughts?

A little black dress, a little confidence, and a reminder that elegance never goes out of style. 🖤✨ Some outfits don't need to be loud to make a statement. Clean lines, timeless style, and feeling comfortable in your own skin—that's the kind of confidence I love most. What's your go-to outfit when you want to feel your absolute best? 🤍

One month since I quit Taekwon-Do.

I thought I’d be itching to train by now. Honestly, I’m still tired.

I stepped away because the environment had stopped feeling safe for me, mentally and physically. I was burnt out, and I needed space to work out what my relationship with Taekwon-Do and the Taekwon-Do community could look like again.

I’ve slept a lot. The stress and ostracism is still there, and I haven’t found the energy or desire to return to my own training yet. After nearly 30 years, that feels strange.

But alongside that, I’ve enjoyed having spare time again. Reading, being creative, exploring ideas and spending time with people without always being the person organising everything.

And I’ve realised how much my WMA community has my back. When you’re used to being the coach and supporting everyone else, receiving that support yourself means a great deal.

I’m still struggling with some of it. I’m also enjoying parts of life I hadn’t made enough room for.

There’s no return date to announce. For now, I’m grateful for that room—and for the people helping me feel more like myself.

It’s been a wild 8 years. I’m thankful for every artist who has ever been apart of the journey. Any client who has ever gotten tattooed here. Every friend that has visited. The good times and the hard ones. A true constant life lesson, but I wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you everyone for making @memorialbrooklyn what it is today❤️❤️❤️

🚨🗣️ Jasmine Crockett thinks Nicki Minaj has been using her massive platform for the wrong reasons ... accusing her motives of being self-centered.
