Harvest is underway at Ex Nihilo, but we're in no rush to pick this estate block of Pinot Noir.
A few extra days on the vine can help deepen flavours, soften tannins and bring everything into balance.
Our vineyard and winemaking teams are keeping a close eye on each block, waiting for just the right moment to pick.
Because sometimes, the best thing you can do is give something a little more time. 🍷
