**Olive rosemary lemon sourdough (1 loaf)**
• ½ cup active starter
• 1½ cups lukewarm water
• 4 cups bread flour
• 1½ tsp salt
• ¾ cup Kalamata olives, chopped and patted dry
• 1 tsp chopped rosemary
• Zest of 1 lemon
