Lynn Lacrosse 31’ I am beyond excited and blessed to announce my verbal commitment to continue my athletic and academic career at Lynn University! I would like to begin by thanking God for blessing me with this opportunity and guiding me throughout this process! Thank you to my family, coaches, teammates, and friends for all the support and helping me to become the person and player I am today! To my dad and mom, Thank you for all the love, encouragement, and support you’ve given me throughout my lacrosse journey. From the early practices, constant traveling, hours upon hours of car rides, there has never been a moment I took for granted! You have always pushed me and believed in me to become the best person and player I can be! I can never thank you enough for everything you have done and sacrificed for me! Lastly, thank you Coach Richmond, Coach Tornetta, and the whole Lynn staff for this amazing opportunity to continue to play the sport I love! GO FIGHTING KNIGHTS🤍💙

THIS BACHELOR BREAKUP INTERVIEW WAS AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER 😭💀 Jake Pavelka and Vienna Girardi’s infamous breakup interview on The Bachelor quickly turned into one of the most uncomfortable moments in reality TV history. What started as a conversation about their failed relationship spiraled into a heated argument when Jake became increasingly frustrated over being interrupted. His repeated complaints, including “Again, I got interrupted” and “Please stop interrupting me!” made the tension almost impossible to ignore. 😭 The couple originally got engaged during Season 14 of The Bachelor in 2010, but their romance fell apart just months after the finale. Their highly publicized breakup led to a televised reunion filled with accusations, emotional exchanges, and awkward confrontations. Instead of providing closure, the interview became an unforgettable reality TV disaster. More than 15 years later, people are still watching the clip and cringing at just how uncomfortable things got. 💀📺

the @sephora savings event is here and whew, I HAVE THOUGHTS💄✨ I’ve tried A LOT of beauty products, but there’s a big difference between something being good and being GOOD-good—as in I’ve emptied it, repurchased it, recommended it to my girlfriends and would happily spend my own money on it again. So instead of giving you another overwhelming “1000 things to buy at Sephora” roundup, I made the edit: what’s ACTUALLY worth buying from the perspective of a 39+ Black woman with a skin-first philosophy. My holy grails + the skincare, makeup, haircare, body care, fragrance and beauty tools that have earned my stamp of approval. Because a discount doesn’t make something a good buy. We’re buying better, not just more. 💁🏾‍♀️ And no, I’m not putting the whole list here 😂 ⚡️comment LIST and I’ll send you my complete Sephora Savings Event edit with all the GOOD-good stuff. 🛍️ my holy grails need to be studied and bought 😌 comment LIST for all the things ⚡️
