A rainy, rainy run with a side of wind (a HUGE side 🥲)
An amazing effort from every single person who showed up this morning, braved the weather and got it done!! ❤️🔥
Getting out of bed and moving your body in weather like this is HARD, but if there’s one thing I’ll always say, it’s that you never regret a workout!!
A big thank you to @_theroyalhotel_ for the best refuel as always ☕️
Hearing comments all morning like “I’d have never done this by myself”, “The community makes it so much easier to get out in this weather”, “I’m so glad this exists because I wouldn’t have run today otherwise” 🥹 This is exactly what BRRN is all about. Creating a community that motivates you, gets you out of the house, pushes you to do things you wouldn’t normally do alone and makes moving your body something you actually look forward to, whatever the weather!
And as if one run in the rain wasn’t enough, we also had an UNREAL turnout for our girls only intro run celebrating @sheliftsbarnstaple one year anniversary 🩷 So lovely to meet so many new faces, introduce more girls to BRRN and hopefully give a few of you that little confidence boost to come along to our regular runs!
