Efter de misstänkta övergreppen på Sigtunaskolan medger internatchefen Mazdak Sarvari att skolledningen bär ett ansvar. Samtidigt beskriver han situationen som en kris för skolan.

Sometimes I look at old videos of myself and wish I could give that girl a hug. 🥹🤍

I had no idea how much my life would change when I decided to start taking care of myself.

And now, over 7 years later, here I am at 125 pounds.

I wish I could say it was easy or that I’ve been consistent every single day, but that wouldn’t be the truth.

There have been seasons where I was so focused and motivated, and others where life got overwhelming and my fitness journey took a back seat. I’ve gained weight, lost weight, changed my routines, tried new things, and had to find my way back more times than I can count.

And somewhere along the way, I stopped looking at fitness as something I had to do to lose weight and started seeing it as something I genuinely love doing for myself.

I think about that girl in 2019 a lot. She was a wife, a mom, working, trying to juggle everything, and somewhere in the middle of it all, she decided she wanted to make a change for herself.

I’m so glad she did.

Because this journey has given me so much more than a smaller body. It’s given me confidence, strength, discipline, friendships, and a part of myself I didn’t even know was missing.

And even after all these years, I’m still figuring things out. I’m still learning, still growing, and still showing up.

I’m not proud of myself just because I lost 91 pounds. I’m proud because I never completely gave up on myself. 🤍

And if you’re watching this thinking you’ve waited too long to start, I hope you know that 7 years ago, I was just a girl deciding to give it a try, too. 🫶🏼

Big Lex calls Ciroc weird and Lauren Michelle wishy-washy on Baddies USA Chapter 3! Lex says she thought she and Ciroc were cool, explaining that she addressed Miss Kaniyah because the situation was brought to her first. She also says Lauren is hard to read and may switch up depending on who’s around.
