The image shows a funny meme about how different people spend their time. It has a graph shaped like a big letter U to show a funny idea about money.

The graph says that people with no money and people with lots of money both have plenty of open hours.

The bottom part of the curve shows the middle class stuck at the very bottom. They do not get much open time because they spend almost all their days working. It points out how the average person feels trapped in a busy daily routine.

The text on top summarizes the picture very well. It says that only the top and bottom groups get to relax while everyone else stays busy at their jobs. It is a silly way to look at modern life and jobs.

NAFDAC Uncovers Illegal Herbal Product Factory In Lagos, Arrests Company Manager Over F@lsified Registration Number

The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) has uncovered an illegal herbal product manufacturing facility in Agege, Lagos State, following a report by The Guardian on October 10, 2026, about herbal products allegedly bearing f@lsified NAFDAC registration numbers.

According to the agency, its investigative team conducted surveillance and subsequently discovered three variants of Asheitu Adams Bitters bearing NAFDAC Registration Number A7-1827L.

However, verification through NAFDAC’s NAPAMS portal revealed that the registration number actually belongs to Greentol Cough Syrup, confirming its fraudulent use on the herbal products.

During the operation, the company’s Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer was reportedly absent, while the company manager was arrested for further interrogation.

NAFDAC said the discovery followed investigations into the reported use of falsified registration numbers on herbal products.

#skullinajarthursday is here and collides with #selfiewatchweek26 which resulted in a fun trip outside in which the neighbors feared for their lives (for no reason of course). What silly monster would kill them in the daylight? Idiots.

I have corrected my delusion that smiling was OK in this one. Frowns for everyone! I also realized I f’ed up #orangestrapthursday and I have a great new orange strap. Guess I will double post today. 🤷‍♂️🎃

Selfie hosts seem to be hanging in there pretty well. Nice job to
