Ukraine just had to do something that NO self respecting country should EVER have to do!

And this is all thanks to the US and Europeans

They just had to accept that they are ready to freeze hostilities in the current scenario!

The current scenario being Russia has already captured roughly 25% of Ukrainian land.

Now, its been over 10 years that US has been heavily “deploying” their US operatives and American trained cops in key places in Ukrainian corridors of power.
Europeans too have been chipping away at Russian influence since WW2 and creating a stronger base for NATO right next to Russia.
Ukraine however is a good example of what happens when US and Europeans change their priorities and decide to discard smaller countries dependent on them. Also why they were supporting Ukraine so strongly in initial days of the war.
US Defence Secretary even went as far to say that they want to weaken Russia to the extent that they will never be able to defend themselves the way they did against Ukraine.

But now that chips are down, US and Europe are in an utter mess , they have stopped supporting Ukraine to the extent of now in fact forcing them to make peace with Russia!

US has gone a step further! After creating ruckus and sanctioning everyone over ties with Russia , they have now started purchasing Russian oil

All this points to one thing.
Things are chaotic and every country is ONLY looking for their own interests. And the vultures are at the absolute forefront of this “initiative”

Squatober Day 22 for Thursday Oct 22nd. Day 22 starts off with some waves to conquer. Please do them in the order that it is written and also please pay attention to the rest times on each wave as it is different. Even though it is written on the sheet, I will still say it again, you only go through each wave one time. And there are only a total of 27 reps for the back squat session. Great day on the bench press to get some good strength work with 80%. Hold yourself accountable to the two minute rest times. Medium intensity on the barbell RDL‘s. What you warrant as medium intensity is at your discretion. In my eyes, somewhere between light and heavy. Simple. We’ve got some walking lunges in the program for the first time and it is five steps with each leg. Also note that I have advised a light intensity. Nothing better than some pulled pork sandwiches and coleslaw. Get out and get your steps and work on getting that sleep so we can all get strong. Just another day of BASIC STRENGTH TRAINING. @penandpaperstrengthapp @sorinex_squatober #squatober #squats #strong #strengthtraining

I was told motherhood might not come easily. Yet here I am, blessed at 36, 37 and now my last child at 40. Three beautiful reminders that delay is not denial. God’s timing is perfect.

Bruh, Shamar had a message for Crystal Rock. Slim wasn’t happy about her recent statements involving Sonny Doe and the lengths she went to protect Blueface during a police encounter. Listen to what he had to say‼️🤣🤦🏾‍♂️
