💗🎀 A SEA OF PINK. A WHOLE LOT OF HEART. 🎀💗

WOW, TEAM PTBO… 🥹💕 WHAT A MORNING!

Today’s Sweat Saturday was one to remember! An incredible turnout, a sea of pink, and a community that showed up BIG for Breast Cancer Awareness. 💗💪

We came together to sweat, support, honour, remember, and fight for everyone whose lives have been impacted by cancer. Every rep had a purpose, and every single person who showed up helped make today so special. 🫶🎗️

AND THE BEST PART?! 🥹 WE SURPASSED OUR FUNDRAISING GOALS! 🙌💖

To everyone who showed up in pink, made a donation, wrote a name on our board, or helped spread the love — THANK YOU. Your generosity, energy, and big hearts are what make this community so incredibly special.

We are so much more than a gym. We are a family that shows up for one another, inside and outside these walls. ❤️

Today was a beautiful reminder that when we come together, we can make a difference. 💕

ONE COMMUNITY. ONE CAUSE. SO MUCH HEART. 🎀

We love you, F45 PTBO! Thank you for making today unforgettable. 💗💓

So fun! So awesome to raise for breast cancer💕 sorry I missed it!!! Dang work!!!

Systemic racism and entrenched against Kurds in Turkey continue to represent a profound, state-sanctioned human rights crisis driven by deep-seated cultural paranoia and aggressive nationalist hostility. The Turkish political establishment and radical nationalist factions exhibit an extreme, irrational fear of everything Kurdish—a psychological phobia so intense that even public displays of colors resembling the Kurdish national flag are systematically targeted, banned, censored, and criminalized in public spaces and sports venues. This institutionalized discrimination does not stop at Turkey's borders; it extends globally, attempting to suppress, harass, and intimidate successful Kurdish public figures who achieve international recognition in sports, arts, and politics. A prominent and ongoing example is the relentless online abuse, targeted harassment, and orchestrated nationalist backlash directed at German-Kurdish professional footballer Deniz Undav, whose athletic achievements routinely trigger toxic smear campaigns by extremist trolls. Furthermore, inside Bakur (Northern Kurdistan), Kurdish artists, social media influencers, civil activists, and public figures face severe intimidation, arbitrary police detentions, heavy judicial harassment, and direct threats of long-term imprisonment or forced exile simply for expressing their authentic Kurdish identity, speaking their native language, or advocating for basic human and cultural rights. This systematic political censorship, state-sponsored repression, and constant hostility clearly expose a fragile political establishment terrified of Kurdish freedom, cultural resilience, and independent success everywhere.

Kurdish. Turkey. Racism. Discrimination. kurdistan. Deniz Undav. Bakur. Censorship. Paranoia. Repression.

Let me start with a huge congratulations to the new champion, @kimi.antonelli. To have seen your journey so closely and to be there celebrating with you, was a highlight of my year. So well deserved and a record that will stand for a long time. It was great to see your team at Mercedes celebrating with you. Enjoy this moment, keep your family close, keep your passion and your energy.

Our own weekend was one full of challenges. We had a lot thrown at us but our mechanics and engineers did an incredible job. We’ve grown so much together this year, and that progress has taken a huge effort from everyone on the track and back at the factory. That’s why losing what could’ve been a win hurts so much. We need to grasp every opportunity we have, so it’s incredibly frustrating, and I can’t pretend otherwise.

I know what goes into giving us that opportunity. The standard the team holds itself to, the standard I hold myself to, the standard the fans expect. Everyone deserves to see us at our best and win. We’re all here to race and want to win. Battling is necessary, but when that battle costs the team, we have to be honest about it and learn from it. We can push each other to the limit and still honour the responsibility to everyone who put us on that track.

I’ll keep giving everything I have. My belief in this team hasn’t changed and neither has my responsibility to help us get this right. Stick with us. I’m only just getting started with this team, and we have so much more to come.
