We are always having dramas and sending collars away so I thought I would pin a post with the info on how to do this for anyone that didn’t know you could or isn’t sure how to do it. If you have broken collars outside of warranty (12months of purchase) they will replace them for a fee. If in doubt you can always check with a tracker repairer whether it’s worth sending to them or straight to Garmin. But it’s definitely worth getting a new one if you can! Hope this helps 🙏🏼

On their website it says BUILT TO LAST (Probably removed it now) so I pointed that out to them when mine broke and only paid $145 for a new collar and think $255 for a new hand piece

Just easier to buy new collars I reckon because Garmin don’t answer my phone calls

I’ve had the same tt15 collars since 2019. They have never been out of a pig dog supplies full plastic covers. A lot of people may disagree about been to bulky or what not, but touch wood collars are still going strong.
