No JWoww slander will be tolerated, and the folks in her comments made sure of it. After Jenni “JWoww” Farley, 41, shared new mirror selfies showing a slimmer frame, the internet did something rare and chose kindness. Our #Socialites and her supporters showed up with love and encouragement, and she’s making sure they know she felt every bit of it.

In the cute new pic, the Jersey Shore alum snapped a bathroom mirror selfie in a fitted red workout set, long dark hair down, phone in hand.
JWoww spotted the repost and hopped in our comments section saying, “Lorddddd I was not ready to see my a—s on here when I opened IG,” she wrote, tossing in a laughing emoji and a skull. Then she turned sincere and thanked everybody for the support. “I’m doing so much better, but I still have to gain weight, which I never thought I would say in my 41 years,” she said. That comment alone picked up more than 6,000 likes.

She came back with another note, and this one was straight from the heart. JWoww said she was “so emotional over all the beautiful and positive comments.” She thanked followers for “understanding that what I’m going through takes time to heal and get back to me,” and let them know she’s reading everything she can. She closed it out with hearts and told her supporters they’re “so amazing.”

That gratitude carries weight because of what she’s been through. On September 3, JWoww revealed she had been hospitalized, calling it one of the hardest weeks of her life. She said she was diagnosed with appendicitis and a kidney infection, and admitted she hadn’t felt like herself for months.
