151 to the flag. But how much green do you actually have to work with? ⛳️
In this example: front 138, pin 151, back 166 yards.
Before choosing a club, check your normal carry, your usual short miss, and how far the ball might release. Wind, slope, and the lie still matter.
A shot can fly the perfect flag yardage and still finish over the back. A slightly shorter carry can work if there is room for the bounce and roll.
