Before you file that round under “good” or “never speaking of it again”… take one minute. 😂⛳️

Write down:

1. ONE shot you loved. What did you commit to?
2. ONE decision you would change. Was the target or club choice sensible?
3. ONE thing to practice. Make it specific.

“Get better at golf” is hard to act on.

“Practice leaving a shorter second putt from 30 feet” gives your next session a job.

A bad result does not always mean a bad decision. Separate the choice from how you executed it.

What is the ONE thing you are taking into practice this week? 👇

Ghosts? Fine.
Haunted houses? Fine.
A three-footer for your personal best? Absolutely terrifying. 👻⛳️

What shot haunts YOUR game?

A: The first tee with people watching.
B: A chip over a bunker.
C: The short putt everyone expects you to make.

Drop your letter—or tell us the shot we missed.

Happy Halloween from Everything Golf Now! 🎃

“Are you busy this weekend?”

Depends. Do 18 holes, a range session, and thinking about new golf clubs count as being busy? 😂⛳️

Because the calendar is PACKED.

Tag the friend who can always find four hours for golf but never ten minutes to answer a text.

A few putts while the coffee brews? That sounds like a better morning. ☕⛳️

TOOL SPOTLIGHT: PuttOUT Premium Pressure Putt Trainer.

The trainer uses a curved ramp and a pop-down micro-target to give feedback on line and pace. According to PuttOUT, holding a ball in that small target requires a precise combination of both.

Try a simple home challenge: choose one distance, hit 10 putts, and count how many stick in the micro-target. Keep that same setup next time to compare.

The micro-target is deliberately demanding. Missing it does not automatically mean you would have missed a regulation hole.

It is a practice challenge, not a replacement for learning slopes and speed on real greens.

Would you keep this in your living room or your office? 👇

Same course. Same putter. Different day.

Why is everything suddenly finishing six feet past? 👀

Green speed can change with weather and maintenance. Yesterday’s feel may need an update.

Before your round, roll a few medium and longer putts on the practice green in both uphill and downhill directions. Notice where they finish, then adjust your pace.

Treat that as an early reference—not a guarantee every green on the course will roll identically.

Do you spend your warm-up trying to make everything, or learning how the ball rolls today? ⛳️

“Give me another minute. I KNOW it landed here.” 🍂😂

Once you or your caddie starts searching for your ball, how long do you have to find it?

A: 3 minutes.
B: 5 minutes.

Choose before you scroll.

ANSWER: A. Under Rule 18.2a(1), your ball is lost if it is not found within three minutes after you or your caddie begins searching.

If a ball is found within that time but needs identification, you must promptly try to identify it and are allowed a reasonable time to do so.

The clock does not start when the ball leaves the clubface.

Who in your group still thinks it is five minutes? 👀

151 to the flag. But how much green do you actually have to work with? ⛳️

In this example: front 138, pin 151, back 166 yards.

Before choosing a club, check your normal carry, your usual short miss, and how far the ball might release. Wind, slope, and the lie still matter.

A shot can fly the perfect flag yardage and still finish over the back. A slightly shorter carry can work if there is room for the bounce and roll.

What club are you choosing—and where do you want it to LAND? 👇

The fifth chip from the same spot usually looks pretty good.

What about the FIRST one? 👀

Try this on a practice short-game area:

• Choose five different greenside starting spots.
• Use ONE ball.
• Chip from the first spot, then putt until you hole out.
• Count every stroke.
• Move to the next spot and repeat.

Your score is the total strokes across all five spots. No second attempts before you finish each hole.

Write down the total, plus which shot cost you most. Revisit those same five spots next session and compare.

One ball. Five situations. What’s your number? ⛳️

One spot left on your four-person scramble team. Who gets the call? ⛳️

A: The big hitter who can leave you a much shorter approach.
B: The wedge specialist who turns awkward distances into chances.
C: The clutch putter everyone wants hitting last.

Your other three players are solid all-rounders. No minimum-drive requirement for this hypothetical.

Pick A, B, or C—and tell us why.

Bonus: tag the friend you would actually recruit. Bragging is allowed. 😂

Practice swing: smooth, balanced, ready for the tour.

Actual swing: someone unplugged the Wi-Fi halfway down. 😂

Same club. Same person. Apparently the ball changes everything.

Tag the friend with a scratch practice swing and a very different scorecard. ⛳️

Ever hit one exactly where you were aimed… and nowhere near where you meant to go? 👀

Try this before your next shot:

1. Stand behind the ball and choose your intended starting line.
2. Find an existing spot on that line a foot or two ahead of the ball—a discolored blade of grass works.
3. Aim the clubface using that nearby reference, then build your stance around it.

Use a spot that is already there; don’t place an object to help you aim during your round.

That tiny patch of grass gives you something concrete to check when the distant target gets harder to judge from beside the ball.

Do you aim the clubface first, or set your feet first? ⛳️
