Some people worry about having their photos taken on their wedding day.

Luckily, these two were already pretty relaxed, which always makes things easier.

We headed over to the Chelsea Gardens at Roundhay Park and spent a bit of time finding some good spots to work with.

I was mixing things up as we went, finding nice backgrounds, looking for good light and giving a bit of direction where needed.

Nothing too complicated. Just making the most of the location without turning it into a big photoshoot.

I really like how these turned out, especially the way the two of them look together.

If you’re getting married and you’re not sure how you’ll feel in front of the camera, you don’t need to have it all figured out beforehand. A bit of direction goes a long way.
