This book had me giggling and kicking my feet!

Poppy and Alex, best friends since college and have a tradition of going on a summer trip every year - even through complications like relationships, time & money they always make time for this and each other until Croatia - every summer shares a new layer of their friendship and the reason to why they’ve not spoken for two years.

I did like that this didn’t feel full romance! I really was able to enjoy Alex and poppy as individuals and enjoy their friendship - I loved the subtle hints of jealousy, the inside jokes, and the deep love these two had for each other.

Friends to denial to lovers!

Emily Henry doesn’t disappoint with this so if you’re a fan of her work or just looking for a great romance this is definitely something to pick up. Fans of Abby Jimenez & Taylor Jenkins Reid would also really enjoy this
