Learning, growing, and building community beyond the classroom.
This past Friday, our Sanctuary Academy Co-op took advantage of the beautiful Baltimore weather with a walk down to the Inner Harbor. What started as a walk turned into an afternoon of football, fun, and team bonding in the sand at Rash Field Park.
Days like this are an important part of what we’re building through the Sanctuary Co-op. Development isn’t limited to academics or basketball—it’s also about relationships, communication, teamwork, wellness, and giving our young people opportunities to simply enjoy being together.
The weather couldn’t have been better, and our group made the most of it!
A special thank you to
@mayorbmscott, Baltimore City, and everyone involved in creating and maintaining spaces like Rash Field for our young people, families, and community to enjoy. Having safe, accessible spaces where youth can play, connect, and be active matters.
Sometimes the best team-building activities aren’t planned—they happen when you get outside, put the phones away, grab a football, and enjoy the city.
This is The Sanctuary Academy Co-op. Developing the whole student-athlete—on the court, in the classroom, and in the community.
