I was meant to be in the Scottish Highlands, but I had to postpone.
This is from my last time there. I was going to my friend’s wedding and I noticed how my stockings matched the sea and I stopped the car, jumped out in 5 degrees and took some pictures and videos, almost froze my cheeks off! It was worth it to me as it was too beautiful not to capture.
I had my wellies on, before I reached the cliff. You can see how battering the wind was. My outfit was almost blown off and the heels of my sandals kept sinking.
I still found it breathtaking and would do it all over again!

This is iconic 😂

Matthew McConaughey went from being one of Hollywood’s most recognizable leading men to an Academy Award-winning actor known for taking on some of the most memorable roles of his generation. He first broke through with “Dazed and Confused” in 1993 before starring in films like “A Time to Kill,” “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days,” and “The Lincoln Lawyer.”
In 2014, McConaughey won the Academy Award for Best Actor for his performance in “Dallas Buyers Club,” marking a major turning point in his career. Beyond acting, he became known for his laid-back Texas personality, distinctive voice, and signature catchphrase, “Alright, alright, alright,” which has become one of the most recognizable lines in movie history.

Collin Gosselin talks about whether he thinks he’ll ever be able to forgive mom Kate Gosselin. He shares more at the link in bio.

When we have these three-hour conversations, there’s so much information.

But oftentimes you message me and say: “Steven, I learned all this stuff, but I don’t know what to do next”

It’s kind of like we walk you to the shop and then we leave you at the shop door.

Most people who watch our episodes will change nothing.

But we want to make sure you’re not one of them.

So how do we do that? We’re launching something that we’ve never done before, and it’s called DOAC Workshops.

Be the first to be part of it by commenting ‘send’ and we’ll personally DM you all the information that you need.

Felt large.

From the other day, not feeling amazing today. Still got legs done but kinda hard to eat rn which is driving me nuts. Its been taking me so long to see the scale go up so when something like this happens and i dont feel good it makes me stressed i wont be able to make progress. I know thats not exactly how things work, but if every day could be a cookie cutter copy for an entire off season i would be so happy lol. But alas, life is inconsistent and one must react accordingly.

Been in my head all day about not getting all my food in so just had to talk it out for a sec to get it off my mind.
