My dear Albanians,

You welcomed me into your homes as Sadhna, and gave me so much love across a language and a distance that never seemed to matter. I have carried that love with me ever since. 🤍

Today, my heart is heavy thinking of you—especially your young people, their hopes, and the families waiting for them to come home safely.

There is something deeply heartbreaking about young hearts having to carry so much fear when they should have so much to look forward to. Every young person deserves to feel heard, to be treated with tenderness and dignity, and to believe there is a place for their dreams in their own home.

I wish these words could bring even a little comfort to anyone hurting . To every worried parent, every frightened young person, and everyone quietly struggling: you are in my thoughts and prayers.

You made someone far away feel like one of your own. Please know that your pain does not feel far away to me.

With love, and a quiet prayer for gentler days,
Your Sadhna 🤍🇦🇱

The biggest blessing ever!!!! I’m leaving this trip with such a FULL 💞! Being apart of something like Varsity, is truly the most special and rewarding thing in the entire world🌎!! The sweeest memories, people, and experience ever!!! Thank you @vasf_updates for making all of my dreams come true🥹😇🩵!!!!!

Chicken wing is for eating, not for golf ☺️

1. It loses distance (cuts down power)
When your lead elbow bends, you lose leverage and power, which makes the ball go much shorter.

2. It causes inconsistent contact
It changes the swing path, which leads to frequent slices, tops, or fat shots.

3. It increases the risk of injury
It puts unnecessary strain and tension on your elbow and shoulder instead of using natural body rotation.
