Currently spending a lot of time laughing while reading “hate comments” written by (mostly) men accusing me of lying about my weight. One of my faaav message to recieve is “reading your comment section is hilarious”, and yes it is! Anyways, I am proud to be able to post things like these, even if it may feel repetitive and “bold”, because I know there are sososo many girls and women around that appreciate the representation 🤍 Forever grateful to represent a strong, tall and EPIC group of girls!! I have never been as happy with my physique ever as I am now. I never thought I’d be able to be this lean and keep this much muscle. I am actually still growing (!!). Want to build strength, gain muscle mass, loose fat mass or do a complete body recomp? Let me know in the comments or my DMs, or simply send me a coachin inquiry via link in my bio 🤍🤍 I coach worldwide!! #gymreels #fitnessmodel #explorepage✨
Here are the athletes! The delegations of 45 NPCs and regions in Asia enter the stadium through the Welcome Gate. The placard bearers leading the delegations wear happy coats from Chita Momen, a traditional craft of Aichi Prefecture. #AichiNagoya2026 #AsianParaGames #AsianParalympic
I’m of the opinion that when you make a risotto, it should absolutely not hold its shape when you spoon it onto the plate. You want it to seep to the edge of the plate, it should be fluid not stodgy! It would always pain me when I would go somewhere and the risotto would be put in front of you, served on a plate but stood up right. It’s the kind of thing you would eat and could just feel it reforming its shape in your stomach - I have similar feelings on porridge. Fluid not stodgy!! I’m diving into squash season with this roasted butternut squash and sage risotto. Normally, I would have the squash running through the rice but this time I decided to keep them separate. The base is creamy, cheesy and sage-y and the squash sits politely on top. Recipe in my newsletter, link in bio 💛
