Bee Doggy

Replacing a shut off valve that caused $30,000 dollars worth of damage. That’s all. Family took off for a luxurious vacation and came home to damage kitchen, floors, and shorted electrical stuff. Could have been avoided if they had a maintenance plan for plumbing system/ hvac. As home owners we are suppose to be checking and servicing shut off valves. If it spins it needs to be dealt with, but if it is stiff and looks like world war 2… do not touch. lol
