pan roast chicken with white balsamic marinated radicchio and a potato rosti thank you @teds_zaza for the post run pizza this was a really fun day I had this last week when my friend Teddy was hosting a popup in Brooklyn and the night before I decided I would run from my house to the popup (10 miles) for fun. I had never ran more than 3 miles before in my life so it was a serious challenge and I got to explore some parts of the city I would have never without choosing to do it. this meal is really all about the radicchio, this marinade was something I learned working at my previous restaurant and the flavors just pair perfectly with most proteins. if you can I would definitely suggest marinating for longer so that way the vinegar and sugar really penetrates the radicchio, but I wanted to eat as soon as possible. I got chicken quarters because they are my favorite cut and typically the cheapest by far at any local grocery market and potato because I wanted a really satisfying starch side to this plate. there are so many ways to prepare potatoes and this pommel dauphin/potato rosti is one of my favorites because it is so easy but comes across as a high effort technique and tastes so good. I hope you all enjoyed watching this video and learned something as well, as always feel free to comment below with any questions or message me directly :D #chef #cooking #postworkout #running

Coincidence? We think not… 👀⁣ ⁣ Autocrats are escalating their efforts to grab power in our elections, and they will do absolutely anything to win.⁣ ⁣ We are witnessing a coordinated, global playbook in action: deploying massive bot farms, flooding feeds with AI slop, and using targeted digital campaigns to manipulate voters and bully sovereign democracies into line. The strategy is clear: intimidate and manipulate until the public submits.⁣ ⁣ As the math shows, data centres route the bot farms used to manipulate elections, which is exactly why authoritarian figures are so desperate to control them. They are weaponising our digital world to silence dissent and hold onto power.⁣ ⁣ But this playbook only works if we remain silent and isolated. No matter how vast their resources, no authoritarian force can stand against an informed, united public.⁣ ⁣ Resistance is our duty. It’s time to connect the dots and push back against those trying to hijack our elections.⁣ ⁣ Share this post today to break through the manipulation and defend our democracies.⁣ ⁣ #TimeToResist #DefendDemocracy #Resist #BigTech ⁣ ⁣ Adapted via @adhd_memetherapy⁣
