THE LAUNCH of a new food destination is alwsys exciting especially whrn @_terraceman_with_fairylights_ conceptualizes the thought. A space where food, science, sustainability, culture and community come together Scoby Labs, Blank Canvas and The Kaaram Kulture come together as an experiential space built around curiosity, creativity and conscious living. From exploring the science of fermentation and sustainable food practices to creating inclusive learning experiences, celebrating diverse cultures through food, and bringing communities together through art, conversations and shared experiences — we believe in making learning tangible, sustainability meaningful and inclusion a way of life. More than just a place to eat, learn or explore, it's a space to experience, connect and reimagine the way we live. In an incredible evening of curated meals plated from ideas from across rhe world the stage opens to a bew opportunity of exploring foodgasm in our Bengaluru. NOT EVERYONE IS TRAINING FOR THE SAME REASON. 🧠💯 💪 Some people train for abs. 🔥 Some train for attention. ❤️‍🩹 Others train because they’re fighting battles you know NOTHING about. 👀 You see someone in the gym every day and think they look the same. What you DON’T see is: ❤️ Their blood pressure improving. 🧠 Their mental health getting better. 📈 Their confidence coming back. 💪 Their strength and mobility improving. 🙏 Them finally taking control of their life. NOT EVERY TRANSFORMATION IS VISIBLE IN THE MIRROR. 🪞💯 As a coach, I don’t just care about how my clients LOOK. 👀 I care about how they MOVE. 🏃‍♂️ How they FEEL. ❤️ And how they LIVE. 🙏 Because looking good means very little if you don’t feel good. 💯 🚫 Stop judging people’s progress based on what YOU think progress should look like. Different battles. Different goals. Same respect. 🤝❤️ And remember, the only person you need to prove anything to is the person staring back at you in the mirror. 🪞🔥 📌 SAVE THIS REMINDER & SEND IT TO SOMEONE WHO NEEDS IT. ❤️
