𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 “𝙋𝙍𝙊𝙏𝙀𝙄𝙉” 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙞’𝙡𝙡 𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙙 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙢𝙮 𝙁𝙍𝙀𝙀 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙞𝙣 𝙜𝙪𝙞𝙙𝙚 🙌🏻 Ladies in general and especially those with Hypothyroidism/Hashimotos, listen up! Most women I work with struggle eating the recommended amount of protein for their goals and come to me with no idea how much they should be eating. If you have hypothyroidism and/or Hashimotos 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝘆… 👉🏽Protein is key for 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗰𝗹𝗲. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝘁! 🙌🏼 👉🏽Protein 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝗵𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿, 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽𝘀 𝗰𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆. 👉🏽Protein has a thermogenic effect, which means 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘁.🔥 👉🏽Protein helps 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗿 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴. 👍🏽 I recommend starting your day with at least 25-30g of protein and aim for that 3-4 times a day!! Don’t forget to comment “𝙋𝙍𝙊𝙏𝙀𝙄𝙉” and I’ll send you my 𝙁𝙍𝙀𝙀 guide to help you get more protein in. #proteinfood #proteinsources #proteindiet #proteingoals #thyroidweightloss
What a privilege it is to have known a happiness that made losing it hurt this much. What a privilege it is to have a heart that can turn pain into something beautiful. What a privilege it is to carry a little bit of everything I’ve loved into who I’m becoming. What a privilege it is to have lost someone and still have so much love left inside me. What a privilege it is to have known something so beautiful even if it was never meant to stay. What a privilege it is to have memories that remind me how deeply I’m capable of feeling. What a privilege it is to have survived a heartbreak that taught my heart how much more it could hold. Btw, poetry book ‘Between Heaven & Earth’ is out now. It’s a collection of poems about love, heartbreak, loneliness, inner struggles, healing, and the quiet journey of understanding yourself and life along the way. If you’d like to read it, comment “Book” and I’ll send you the link. [poetry, poet, thefallenpoe.t, victorianpoetry, whataprivilege, heartbreak, healingjourney, poetrycommunity]
