This premium takeout spot on Fillmore St. is all about beautifully presented sushi boxes and donburi, and everything we tried looked just as good as it tasted.
My wife tried 4 different boxes and honestly… choosing a favorite was HARD for her😩👇🏼
🍣 Giant Sake Nigiri — those pieces were MASSIVE!
🍚 Kaisen Don — loaded with premium sashimi, uni & ikura over seasoned sushi rice.
🍣 Yoeechee Omakase — chef-selected seasonal nigiri + their signature futomaki roll.
🥢 Uni Toro Don — Hokkaido uni, kelp-cured sweet shrimp & toro… this one was definitely for the seafood lovers! 🤤
What we really loved was how elevated the entire takeout experience felt.
The presentation is gorgeous, the portions are generous, and you get that high-end sushi feeling without needing to sit down for a traditional omakase experience.

Pernyataan itu ia sampaikan dalam Pembukaan Rapat Pimpinan Nasional (Rapimnas) Kadin 2026 yang digelar Kamis (29/10/2026). Mengutip Ikatan Konsultan Pajak Indonesia (IKPI), Hashim merujuk perkiraan Bank Dunia yang menaksir nilai ekonomi tak tercatat itu mencapai sekitar Rp10.000 triliun. Menurutnya, kondisi ini membuat potensi pajak belum tergali maksimal, sehingga penerimaan negara belum sebanding dengan besarnya kegiatan ekonomi nasional. Contohnya adalah transaksi tunai tanpa kuitansi, seperti ongkos jasa tukang cukur dan tukang pijat, hingga usaha salon kecantikan dan warung makan.
“Dan ternyata ekonomi kita 30-40% tidak tercatat. Itu berarti ada kurang lebih Rp 10.000 triliun yang tidak tercatat,” ujar Hashim. Ia juga menyinggung rasio penerimaan negara yang disebut baru sekitar 12 persen terhadap produk domestik bruto (PDB), tertinggal dari Kamboja yang sudah 18 persen. Untuk itu, pemerintah disebut akan memaksimalkan kecerdasan buatan (AI), teknologi informasi (IT), serta digitalisasi dalam pemungutan pajak guna menjangkau transaksi yang selama ini luput. Hashim menilai langkah tersebut penting untuk memperkuat kapasitas fiskal dalam membiayai program pembangunan. Meski demikian, angka Rp10.000 triliun itu merupakan perkiraan nilai aktivitas ekonomi, bukan jumlah pajak yang bisa langsung dipungut.
