Al Patio de Luces della Diputación Provincial de Almería ho visitato Regina Maris. Madre y patrona de Almería, una mostra che raccoglie circa 50 opere e testimonianze tra pittura, scultura, gioielli, tessuti e documenti storici dedicati alla Virgen del Mar. (Blog Diputación de Almería)

Ci sono entrata soprattutto con uno sguardo artistico, ma ne sono uscito con qualcosa in più.

Vedere da vicino queste opere significa attraversare secoli di arte, fede e identità di una città. E, credenti o meno, è difficile non percepire quanto un simbolo possa diventare parte della memoria collettiva di un luogo.
