So... short notice, but this is tonight folks! If anyone is looking for a great night out in Busselton tonight, I hit the stage about 6:30pm, followed by two great local bands.

POV: I didn’t turn 40. I pulled up to it. 🏎️🎂💨

A little horsepower, a little birthday magic, and a whole lot of gratitude. ✨

Chapter 40: More confidence. More laughter. More love. More living. And absolutely NO slowing down. 💋

I’m not chasing my 20s or missing my 30s. I’m driving straight into my 40s with a smile, a grateful heart, and a few surprises along the way. 🥂

HELLO, 40. You look good from the driver’s seat. 😏🔥

Now tell me… does life really begin at 40, or have I been lied to? 😂👇

BECOMING HER AGAIN❤️

Not chasing perfection. Not setting unrealistic goals. Just choosing myself, one day at a time.

Like many women, I’ve also experienced weight gain, struggled to find time for fitness, and wondered how to balance everything while taking care of myself.

Being a doctor, a mother, managing work, family and all the little things in between… finding time for ME hasn’t always been easy.

But here’s what I’ve realised: You don’t need a perfect routine, a perfect body or the perfect time to begin. You just need to begin.

So, I’m officially starting this journey — not just to lose weight, but to become stronger, healthier, fitter and happier.

And I don’t want to do it alone.

To every woman who wants to get fitter but doesn’t know where to start, who keeps postponing her fitness goals, or who struggles to prioritise herself amidst a thousand responsibilities…

Let’s do this together! ❤️

No crash diets. No unrealistic expectations. No giving up on life to get fit.

Just small, sustainable changes, realistic workouts, mindful eating and showing up for ourselves.

This is going to be about real women, real routines and real-life fitness.

So, who’s ready to start this journey with me?

If you’ve been waiting for a little push to begin your fitness journey, comment “I’M IN” below! Let’s motivate each other, grow together and become healthier versions of ourselves.

Welcome to BECOMING HER AGAIN.

We are not starting over. We are starting stronger❤️
