A man named Kentrell has sparked an online discussion after sharing the detailed household chore list his father gave him when he was just 8 years old. The routine included making his bed, checking homework, completing chores, keeping the kitchen clean, and being in bed before 10 p.m. Weekends came with additional responsibilities, including laundry, cleaning bathrooms, and other household tasks. Kentrell described his father as someone who was fun but maintained clear rules and structure at home. His post has drawn attention online, with people sharing different opinions about childhood responsibilities, discipline, and parenting. #viral #pubity

Here’s another story for you… After the 1994 Mr. Olympia, we headed to Europe for the Grand Prix Tour. Sonny Schmidt (RIP 🙏❤️), Paul Dillett @paul_dillett and I spent two weeks staying at Bernd Beiderbeck’s gym in Bielefeld, Germany, between shows. Sonny was my training partner, and we trained TWICE A DAY, EVERY SINGLE DAY… PLUS CARDIO! Paul, being the absolute FREAK OF NATURE that he was, didn’t bother training even ONCE during those entire two weeks!!! He did occasionally come out of his room to do his legendary 7½ MINUTES on the recumbent bike 😂 — and I managed to capture these pictures of him during one of those rare appearances on the Gym Floor. Needless to say, Paul KICKED OUR ASSES at EVERY SINGLE SHOW on that tour! 😏😂💪 loosing only to Dorian and Kevin Some guys just had genetics from another planet!
