What is in your reinvention closet? Actually open it up. When's the last time you even looked?
Maybe you're just beginning this whole thing. Maybe you haven't cracked that door in years. Either way, it's time to go through it.
Here's how you start: what do you love to do? Not what pays the bills, not what looks good on paper. What do you actually love.
And just as important, what's not your thing. For me it's easy: dog trainer. Nope. That hat does not fit, never will, and that's fine. Knowing what's not yours is half the work.
So open the closet. Try a few hats on. See what's still you and what you've outgrown.
