5 days out from my first race of anything, ever & honestly, I’m just excited to see what I’m capable of… & the experience of months boiling down to quite a few factors running perfectly over a couple of hours. Somewhere along the way, I’ve fallen in love with the process as much as the pursuit. The training, the people, the numbers, the learning, the investments, the progression & the person it’s pushing me to become. Having @garminau as part of that journey has made every session a chance to understand myself a little better & find another level to work towards… what true magic this is for me. Whatever happens on the weekend, I know this is just the beginning of something I never thought, And that’s what excites me most. 🦋 #garminsponsored #garminhrm600
THEN ➡️ NOW. 15 YEARS ON TV!! Who the hell let that happen?! It started 15 years ago, on October 10th, with a little show called Kitchen Crashers. 9 seasons and 113 episodes later… Never did I think I’d go from then, crashing kitchens, to now creating Windy City Rehab, getting an Emmy nomination for it, AND launching Season 2 of Sin City Rehab. Lost count of how many kitchens, homes or episodes of tv I’ve done, but I’m so proud of each one, today especially. Speaking of, ALL NEW @sincityrehab airs TONIGHT at 9/8c on HGTV! Who’s been with me since the Kitchen Crashers days?!
📷 Instagram/saeedshakiiba
