step one is buy Buddy on digital, step two is watch with me so i can keep an eye on you

25 DAYS until I step onto a bikini fitness competition stage 🍑🙈 AND IT IS GETTING REAL.

I started this 165 days out, 30kg overweight.

I’m a mum of two.

And for YEARS I’ve been saying…

“I’m going to lose the weight.”

So I thought I’d give myself a completely ridiculous goal to finally get off my bum and DO something about it.

ENTER A BIKINI FITNESS COMPETITION.

Great idea 😂

Except I didn’t quite realise what I’d signed myself up for.

Because apparently you don’t just turn up in a bikini and walk across a stage 😭

There’s the posing.

The heels.

The bikini.

The tan.

The nails.

The hair.

The lashes.

I EVEN HAVE A POSING COACH

And with only 25 days left, I’m suddenly realising how much there is still to do.

Not just getting everything ready for the stage, but getting MYSELF ready.

So we’re dialling everything in.

Strength training.
Walking.
Hitting my protein.
Eating my whole foods.
Getting my sleep.

And practising walking in heels without looking like a newborn giraffe 😂

I’m still nowhere near where I imagined I’d be by now.

140 days ago I was a mum who’d had enough of feeling stuck.

And now I’m actually preparing to step onto a stage in a bloody bikini.

I still can’t quite believe it.

25 days.

Am I going to be ready?

I HAVE NO IDEA 😂

But we’re going to give it everything we’ve got.

Here’s what I did today to get one step closer 🍑💪🏻

Follow along because the next 25 days are going to be INTERESTING 🙈

Fans are questioning whether longtime friends Candice Swanepoel and Joan Smalls have had a falling out after a series of comments appeared on one of Joan’s recent Instagram posts.

Several followers questioned why the two models haven’t been photographed together recently, while others pointed out that Joan reportedly unfollowed Candice on Instagram.

According to one fan who has followed their friendship closely, signs of a possible rift date back to July, when Candice reportedly didn’t publicly acknowledge Joan’s birthday. Joan was allegedly just as quiet when Candice celebrated hers in October. The fan also claims their dynamic appeared noticeably different at this year’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Others have pointed out that Irina Shayk, who was also close with Candice, reportedly no longer follows her on Instagram.

But what really caught fans’ attention was a screenshot circulating online that appears to show Joan responding to a follower who asked whether she and Candice were still friends. Her alleged response? “I’m not friends with backstabbers.”

Fans claim the comment has since been deleted. Deuxmoi was not able to independently verify that Joan actually posted the response.

Neither model has publicly addressed the speculation, but fans are increasingly convinced something has changed between the once close friends.

I swear it’s so much easier to talk about the George Washington Bridge when u like your outfit
