Congratulations to Eskenasy Ferguson Architecture, recipient of a 2026 John Staub Award for in the category of Honorable Mention: Residential Architecture – 5,000 – 10,000sf.
The House On Miramar, a once-generic spec house is recast as a graceful Dallas residence, its façade reshaped with a gently pitched roof, hand-troweled plaster, and true wood windows, while a new central axis unfolds through richly paneled rooms to a screened porch, reflecting pool, and quiet garden retreat.
