15 days agoI’ve been riding since I was 12, I’m now 28, I am so glad I still enjoy riding it has shown me places around the US and even the UK that I would have never seen if I didn’t ride. So thankful my dad has supported me in such a way no matter if he’s next to me or I’m across the country he’s always there and never pushes me to the point where I don’t like racing. One day I hope I can get my children into this sport as I think this sport teaches you lessons that no other sport does.

16 days agoI cannot love this message more. 🙌 Josh reminds me of the pros back in the 90s, riding everything and having a blast. Fun FIRST.
16 days agoIf it's not fun it's not worth it ! He is the only pro you see riding trails and skatepark 🤩 At one point you have to remember why you started. You start bmx to have fun on your bike, not to do weightlifting or sprints 😅 Obviously it becomes a huge part of the preparation but you have to keep having fun. Cause that's what it's all about 😉
