It’s always interesting to reconsider how a genre of literature functions and its outcomes. I’m also interested in reading the book featured in the Penguin Random House post, “Why You Should Read Children’s Books, Even Though You Are So Old and Wise” by Katherine Rundell. It’s always exciting and a new experience to return to these books as adults.

I’m rereading the Ramona Quimby series right now and it’s so nostalgic. I’m about to turn 29, but I first read the series when I was around 9 years old. I remember identifying with Ramona so much, and now it’s fun rereading them and remembering all the big feelings of childhood
