ANOTHER ONE WE’RE KEEPING UNDER WRAPS.
October’s new menu is starting to take shape, and here’s another one from the R&D kitchen.
𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐩𝐮𝐬 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐚𝐠𝐞 — crisp octopus, crushed baby potatoes, caramelised ketchup glaze, smoked paprika and preserved lemon aioli.
A little smoky, a little tangy, with plenty going on in every bite.
