🚨 دو مقام ارشد اصفهان زیر ذره‌بین پرونده‌های اعدام؛ اسدالله جعفری و مهدی جمالی نژاد

در تصویر، از اسدالله جعفری، رئیس‌کل دادگستری استان اصفهان، و مهدی جمالی‌نژاد، استاندار اصفهان، نام برده شده است. گزارش‌های حقوق‌بشری دوره ریاست جعفری را با پرونده‌های متعدد اعدام معترضان در اصفهان، از جمله پرونده «میدان علیخانی»، مرتبط دانسته‌اند. در همین پرونده ۱۲ نفر به اعدام محکوم شدند و چند تن از آنان تاکنون اعدام شده‌اند.

درباره نقش مستقیم جمالی‌نژاد در صدور یا اجرای احکام اعدام، باید میان ادعاهای منتشرشده و اسناد اثبات‌شده تفاوت گذاشت؛ مسئولیت هر مقام باید بر اساس مدارک روشن و قابل‌بررسی مستند شود.

پشت هر حکم اعدام، خانواده‌ای می‌ماند با سوگ، اضطراب و زخمی عاطفی که شاید سال‌ها التیام پیدا نکند. حق حیات، منع شکنجه و دادرسی عادلانه از بنیادی‌ترین اصول حقوق بشر هستند.

مسئولیت مقاماتی که در روند بازداشت، محاکمه، تأیید یا اجرای احکام اعدام نقش داشته‌اند باید ثبت، مستند و پیگیری شود؛ برای حقیقت، پاسخ‌گویی و دادخواهی.

اگر درباره نقش مستقیم این افراد در پرونده‌های اعدام و سرکوب اسناد عمومی و قابل‌راستی‌آزمایی دارید، برای مستندسازی حقوق‌بشری ارسال کنید.

🔵 Two senior Isfahan officials under scrutiny over protest-related execution cases: Asadollah Jafari and Mehdi Jamali-Nejad

Human-rights reports have linked Jafari’s tenure as head of Isfahan’s judiciary to multiple protest-related execution cases, including the Alikhani Square case, in which 12 defendants received death sentences.

The right to life, freedom from torture, and a fair trial are fundamental human rights.
