Sometimes, all it takes is the right lighting to transform a space. ✨ These two floor lamps from @edishine_official bring style and function to any room.

The wooden tripod lamp features dual rattan shades for a warm, natural look, plus a small shelf for a book or decorative accents.

The gold floor lamp adds a sleek, modern touch, with a handy side tray, remote control, and adjustable brightness to suit your mood.

Warm and natural or sleek and elegant—which one is your favorite? 🤍

So proud of Roman getting his green belt in Jiu Jitsu 💚

East Coast Jiu Jitsu’s second ever green belt 🟢🥋

Nearly 10 years of training consistent every day never took any time off training just was in an amazing enviroment for growth with such amazing coaches and training partners and has always loved training so to get a green belt in East coast jiu jitsu truly is a special achievement
What a journey it’s been through the years watching his travel all over the world training and competing in the sport becoming European champion at every belt throughout
Sports and great gyms and coaches can really help shape kids to becoming the best versions of themselves in being resilient, consistent and confident

So thankful for the day I walked into the gym to ask could he join and was so lucky to have him train under @marcusphelanbjj and @adamlarkin__ guiding him every step of the way on his journey teaching him so much more than jiu jitsu by the example they set and the people they are and the advice they have always given

Can a patient’s attendant record doctors and nurses inside a hospital for YouTube content? 🎥

What should a Medical Officer do when someone refuses to stop recording and threatens to make the video viral?

Unfortunately, there appears to be no specific nationwide NMC SOP addressing unauthorised recording by hospital visitors.

Doctors need clear guidelines to protect patient privacy and maintain a safe working environment.

Are you a Medical Officer seeking practical medicolegal guidance?
