My NYC marathon condensed to less than 1 minute! The video is short, but the impact this weekend, this race, the surprise of a lifetime, and the deep feeling of accomplishment upon finishing this race will be something time could never erase or minimize! #nycmarathon2026
STOP FUCKING WITH IRAN AND IRANIAN PEOPLE FOR FUCKS SAKE!!!!!!
I didn’t lose a single pound for 6 months… Some weeks I’d lose 0.5lb… only to gain 2lbs the next week. And this was while: I was eating 120+ g of protein every single day. I was regularly going to gym 4-5 times a week. And consistently walking 10k+ steps every single day. So I thought… it must be sugar. That and carbs are bad for weight loss. Right? Or maybe it was my sleep. Most nights, I could not sleep enough. And the little sleep I was getting was disrupted due to being stressed. Or maybe it was my hormones. I was hearing lots of women struggle with thyroid and PCOS. But when I looked into it more, as long as you were in a deficit, eating carbs was ok. Bad sleep would make it harder to lose weight but not impossible like what I was feeling. And all my medical tests came back normal. I was healthy. And I was actually doing everything I was supposed to be doing. Turns out I was doing almost everything right. Just missing one thing. And once I figured it out, the last 20 lbs finally started coming off. Comment “WIN” and I’ll send you exactly what I did to finally lose my stubborn 20 lbs of fat in 3 months without giving up my favourite treats 🤝✨
This is what happens when you give an idea no limits. Some photographers take pictures. @lyonelstief creates art. ___________ #tattoomodel #inkedmodel #photographie #mypassion #photoshoot
HU Staff: Jamal Osborne @_j.osborne Donald Trump is already joking about his next political job—this time suggesting that he could move to Israel and become the country’s prime minister if Americans eventually grow tired of him. ___________________________________________________ Trump made the comment during an Election Day appearance on Fox News Tuesday while discussing the United States’ relationship with Israel. He claimed that he enjoys overwhelming support in the country and said his popularity there could translate into a political future overseas. “In fact, if people ever got tired of me in the U.S., I’ll move to Israel, become prime minister,” Trump said. ___________________________________________________ Trump claimed that he has a 99% approval rating in Israel, though he did not provide polling data to support his statement. He also described himself as having the “highest approval rating of anybody in history.” ___________________________________________________ Click the link in bio for full story 📸 Fox News
