So… I’m starting a new chapter.

One where I get to look at myself and ask - Who am I? What do I want? Who do I want to become?

I’m choosing a life that I’m in charge of. Not just by choice, but by feeling. Look I’ve had to figure out what’s right and what’s wrong for me more times than I can count. We all have.

Now I’m creating. I’m questioning. I’m doing.

It’s been a tough road, and only a few people know how tough. But I’m still here. Still standing. Still showing up for myself.

I’m going to share my true story with you, mostly for me, and maybe a little for you too.

Oh I also learned some bomb yoga along the way. Stay ready for this body transformation. Isaac Daniel is on time.
