In New York you pay money to go pick apples; in Estonia people leave boxes of apples outside of their doors for free because there are simply too many to handle. Easily my favorite time of the year

We inaugurated the 12th edition of Dubai Design Week, which brings together creative practitioners, designers and architects from more than 50 countries around the world, providing a platform for ideas and expertise to meet, experiences to be shared, and connections to grow between local and international creative communities.

We believe that the growth and continued development of the design sector depend on our ability to invest in talent and create an environment that nurtures creativity, provides opportunities for development, and enables people to exchange ideas, connect with global experiences and turn their ideas into promising projects. This is what makes Dubai Design Week an important part of an integrated creative ecosystem through which Dubai continues to strength⁩en its position as a global hub for design and innovation.
