KELUHAN WARGA: 4 JAM ANTRE DI SPBU TAKALAR, PELAYANAN TERTUNDA AKIBAT GANGGUAN JARINGAN

Sebuah rekaman video kiriman netizen memperlihatkan kekecewaan dan keluhan mendalam dari masyarakat di salah satu SPBU Kabupaten Takalar, Sulawesi Selatan pada Senin siang, 12 Oktober 2026.

Menurut keterangan warga di lokasi kejadian, mereka telah menghabiskan waktu hingga 4 jam mengantre panjang demi mendapatkan Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM). Namun, proses pengisian ke kendaraan tidak kunjung dilakukan oleh petugas operator setempat.

Pihak manajemen atau petugas SPBU mengonfirmasi bahwa penundaan pelayanan tersebut terjadi karena adanya kendala teknis berupa gangguan pada sistem jaringan mesin pengisian.

Kondisi ini memicu keluhan berat dari para pengendara roda dua maupun roda empat yang merasa waktu produktif mereka terbuang habis di tengah ketidakpastian pelayanan.

Warga berharap pihak pengelola SPBU maupun PT Pertamina Patra Niaga dapat segera memberikan solusi konkret atau menyediakan sistem cadangan (offline) jika terjadi masalah server/jaringan, agar aktivitas pengisian BBM subsidi masyarakat tidak lumpuh total berjam-jam.
