MADE PRESENT ⭐️🌷 We are so excited for tomorrow night where Grace and Angie will be leading us in a discussion of Made In Chapter 2: Made Present!! This chapter focused in on the story of Mary and Martha and helped us learn how to shift our priorities and be present in the presence of Jesus. Come ready for an amazing night and stay after because we’ll be making prayer boards together!! πŸ’•

I’m 55, and these are 5 things I’m NOT giving up anytime soon. ✨ One thing I’ve learned about getting older? You don’t need to do everything. You just need to figure out what works for YOU and stay consistent. 1. Lifting weights. πŸ’ͺ I’m not just working out to look good. I want to be strong, maintain my muscle, and feel amazing in my body for years to come. 2. Prioritizing my sleep. 😴 I spent years thinking 5–6 hours was enough. Turns out, sleep isn’t a luxury. It’s something I need to make more time for. 3. Moving my body every day. πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈ Some days it’s a workout, some days it’s just walking. It doesn’t have to be perfect. I just keep moving. 4. Taking care of my skin. 🧴 SPF, good skincare, and yes, a little Botox when I feel like I need a refresh. I’m all about aging on my own terms, not trying to look 30 again. 5. Being intentional about my supplements. ✨ I focus on what makes sense for my body and my needs. Not every new trend that pops up on my feed. Comment SKIN for all the supplements & skincare products that I swear by including my injectables! None of this is groundbreaking. And that’s kind of the point. The older I get, the more I realize it’s the simple, sometimes boring habits that make the biggest difference. I’m not chasing perfection at 55. I’m just trying to be the strongest, healthiest, most confident version of myself. What’s ONE thing you’ll never stop doing for yourself?
