🥩 A new boutique steakhouse just opened in Austin @bigslickatx

Chef Phillip Frankland Lee and his wife, Margarita, are elevating the steakhouse experience with this intimate, 22-seat restaurant featuring premium, dry-aged beef. Their goal? To be the Best Steakhouse in Texas… and after our meal, we definitely think they’re onto something here.

Everything we tried was exceptional, but the burrata salad was a standout. The cheese is stretched just seconds before it hits your plate, making it unbelievably creamy and fresh. We also loved the smoked bluefin tuna carpaccio, lobster pasta and dry-aged ribeye.

And here’s the insider tip 👀 Reservations are booked out months in advance, BUT they welcome walk-ins in the front lounge where you can order from the full menu. The restaurant was packed when we visited, but the lounge was empty—so this might be your sneaky way to get in!
