Took a break from the salmon river madness this weekend, but we still wanted to catch big fish..

So this was our answer. Havent fished for carp since i was a kid. Forgot how legit they were! These carp are big and strong and they do not get much attention or credit.. and we crushed them! Non stop!! What a feeling when you try something different and slay them.

Such an amazing time chasing fish around with my love ❤️

Next time you’re debating ordering take out, just remember this recipe still exists.

I’ve said in the past that I hate rice cookers, but I’ve totally changed my mind. They’re worth the counter space if it means one less thing to think about while making dinner.

Comment RECIPE and I’ll send you the recipe and a link to the rice cooker I use.
