I work out for my mental health. To work through postpartum anxiety. To challenge myself. To feel strong and capable. To have more patience and energy for my kids—and to do something that’s just for me.

What I’m wearing is the least interesting part of that story.

And if my shorts are making it hard for you to control yourself, perhaps an outdoor workout would suit you better. 🤔

THE METHOD X™ ALL STARS 💕🪽

Inspired by the runway. Defined by something much bigger.

Because being part of THE METHOD X™ has never been about how you look. It’s about how you show up, who you lift up and the women you stand beside.

You can be spiritual, but strong.
Kind, but take no sh!t
Ambitious, without stepping on anyone to get ahead.
Confident, without making someone else feel small.
Feminine, fierce and unapologetically yourself.

We believe in women who celebrate other women. Who make room for each other, not competition. Who understand that there is power in individuality, but something pretty extraordinary in coming together.

Different women. Different strengths. One collective energy.

This is our kind of runway.

THE METHOD X™ ALL STARS.

NOT HERE TO COMPETE. HERE TO CELEBRATE. 💕🪽
